Instrumental Music
Our Instrumental Music Program is available to students starting from Year 3, and does much to add to St Clare's cultural and performing arts atmosphere.
Instrumental music lessons are offered to students of St Clare’s Catholic School. Involvement in the program is on a voluntary basis. Students become eligible to take part in the instrumental program from Year 3 for certain instruments. Parents pay for their children's involvement in the program in addition to paying all other school fees and charges.
Tuition is offered in the following areas:
- Classical Guitar Individual
- Violin or Cello Individual or group
- Piano Individual
- Woodwind - Clarinet, Flute or Saxophone Individual or group
Students will receive a minimum of 16 lessons per semester. All lessons are of half-hour duration and are held during school time.
The fees for the Instrumental Program in 2025 are outlined below:
Individual Lessons $325 per term
Group Lessons $178 per term
Instrument Hire $168 per year (available for a selection of string and woodwind instruments only)
